Privacy is at the core of FixedFloat. We collect as little data as possible to run the service.

No accounts

We do not require registration, email or identity verification to exchange. There is no user profile tied to your activity.

What we process

To complete an exchange we process the data you provide — the currency pair, amount and destination address — and the blockchain transactions involved. For abuse prevention we may store a hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address.

Cookies and analytics

We may use minimal analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Exchange records are kept for operational and legal purposes and then removed according to our retention schedule.
